Our individually tailored post-natal Pilates with baby are suitable to commence 6 weeks post vaginal delivery and 12 weeks after C-section. Benefits include the graded restoration of strength and flexibility to address any issues you may have experienced during pregnancy, such as Diastasis Rectus Abdominis, as well as pelvic floor strengthening after vaginal delivery.
We offer post-natal Pilates classes for new mums and their baby. After your MummyMOT assessment or specific rehab assessment, (6 weeks following vaginal delivery and 12 weeks after caesarian section), we create specific personalized program for each Mum.
If you want to improve general fitness or if you want to address a specific condition such as separation of the abdominal wall, pelvic floor training or other body aches and pains, this class is a good option.
The classes are 30 minutes long, with just 2 clients per class and are led by a chartered physiotherapist. So you can get the attention you need while your baby can happily sit beside you while you exercise.
